Day 1

03. Run

Hands-on simulations for the practices that matter most day-to-day (service desk, incidents, requests) – so people learn how to respond fast and consistently.Ā Governance moves from documentation to daily execution.

Day 4

04. Control

Day 5

05. Improve

WeĀ finish with a full improvement challenge: teams build a practical improvement plan for a real issue (e.g., reopen rates, stability, (SAT) and leave with actions they can execute immediately. You gain measurable control and continuous maturity growth.
